DATA COLLECTED

- Contact Info: Name, email, phone number, address.

- Pet Information: Pet Name, Sex, Age, Breed, Weight, health, behavior, and activity data.

- Device Info: IP address, operating system, device identifiers, browser type, crash reports, and usage analytics.

- Location Data: Precise or approximate location data when you enable such features.

- Research Data: Information created based on use, including assessments, library resources, creating seizure and medication logs, etc.

- Payment Info: If you make purchases in the app.

 

HOW DATA IS USED

- Provide and improve the app.

- Personalize your experience.

- Conduct internal to improve user experience and benefit to pet owners. Conduct external research related to pet health and behavior, and behaviors of pet owners. We may partner with outside entities. This will be Pet Data and Research Data, unless you are given the chance to opt in for personal identifiable information.

- Deliver ads and recommendations.

- Comply with legal requirements.

- There is NO difference in data use between free, premium, and education plus subscription versions.

- Research: Some anonymized or aggregated data may be used in research studies (Pet Data, Research Data). When you do not opt-in to a specific study, notifying that your personal identifiable information will be shared, a reasonable effort will be made to separate pet data and human information 

- Third Parties: Certain data may be shared or sold to advertising, analytics, research, private, or commercial partners.

- Business Transfers: Your data may be transferred in a merger or acquisition.

- Access, update, or delete your personal information.

- Opt out of targeted advertising, based on jurisdiction.

- Disable location services in your device settings.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The app is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in certain regions). Pet sitters under these ages should not be utilized.
